How to Export Transactions?

Learn how company admins can custom export transactions

  1. Log in to your dashboard from admin.qashio.com

  2. Let's navigate to the Transactions section and click on Actions. Here, we can see multiple Export features.

  3. Export Transactions: This helps us export the transactions in a csv file. We can choose the criteria for our exported transaction according to Transaction Segment (Successful Transactions, Refunds, etc), Date range (Between 1st of January until 14th of August), certain email, or even a certain card

  4. Download Receipts Zip: Instead of downloading the transactions as a csv, this feature would download the receipts in a zip file to be used or saved. The selection criteria is the same as the Export Transactions feature.

  5. Export ERP Transactions: This feature exports all the Purchases & Cash Withdrawals and includes more data that will help your team use it to import data to your ERP or view more information that are ERP related (For example, ERP GL account linked to this expense category).

  6. Export All Receipts: This is similar to Download Receipts Zip but instead of a zip file, it gives you a csv that includes information about the transaction itself and the receipts are clickable links to view the receipts online
