How Do My Users Complete the KYC Process?

To assign a cards to users, they need to complete a short KYC. This article guides you through that process & can be shared with your users.

Once you have invited your users to Qashio, they are required to complete a short KYC process. This process is outlined below for your reference:

Step 1:

Please check your email for an Invitation from Qashio

Step 2:

In the email select ‘Confirm My Account’ which will redirect you to a browser

Step 3:

Complete the KYC Information

Step 4:

Log in to the app using your email address and the password you created and verify your phone number

Step 5:

Scan your Emirates ID for verification.

**VERY IMPORTANT** You must scan the actual real physical ID card. A copy of the card will not be accepted.

You will be prompted to scan the front and back of your Emirates ID and submit for verification. The process usually takes <30 mins after which your administrator will be able to create cards for you.

Please note:

  • Only the actual physical Emirates ID card can be used for this process. Copies will not be accepted and will result in your application being rejected.

  • Ensure that you photo you are uploading is not blurry and that all information is clearly visible.

  • Only a current valid Emirates ID will be accepted. Please do not use previous versions of your ID even if it is still in date.
