Completing your KYC at Qashio to use is a very straightforward process.
Step 1:
Please check your email for an Invitation from Qashio
Sender: [email protected]
Subject: Confirmation Instructions
Step 2:
In the email select ‘Confirm My Account’ which will redirect you to a browser
Step 3: Add and Verify Your Phone Number
Step 4: Set and Confirm Your Password
Step 5: Update Your Details as Per Your Emirates ID
Step 6: Download the App and Login
Step 7: Login to the App using the Same Password as the Web Application
Step 8: Scan Your Emirates ID for Verification
After clicking verify you'll need to upload your Emirates ID.
You will be prompted to scan the front and back of your Emirates ID and submit for verification. The process usually takes <30 mins after which your administrator will be able to create cards for you.
That's all.
**VERY IMPORTANT** You must scan the actual real physical ID card. A copy of the card will not be accepted.
Please note:
Only the actual physical Emirates ID card can be used for this process. Copies will not be accepted and will result in your application being rejected.
Ensure that you photo you are uploading is not blurry and that all information is clearly visible.
Only a current valid Emirates ID will be accepted. Please do not use previous versions of your ID even if it is still in date.
