If your Emirates ID is approaching its expiration date, or if it has expired, you will need to update it in our system.
Step-by-Step: How to Update Your Emirates ID
Step 1: Locate your unique update link
When your ID is close to expiring, Qashio will send you an automated email. Look for an email with a subject line similar to: "Emirates ID will expire in [X] days for [Your Name]". Inside this email, you will find a unique link to update your ID.

Didn't receive the email?
Simply reach out to Qashio Customer Support. Our team will generate a new secure link and share it with you directly.
Step 2: Scan your new Emirates ID
Click your unique link and follow the on-screen instructions to scan and upload your new, valid Emirates ID. Make sure the scan is clear and readable. Also, you will need to use a scan of your physical emirates ID.
Step 3: Wait a few minutes
That's it! Once your new Emirates ID is properly scanned and submitted via the link, our system will verify it. Your profile and cards will be reactivated automatically in a few minutes.
Reset Your Password after Updating Emirates ID
After you've updated the Emirates ID, you'll need to reset your password before you're able to log in to Qashio.
What happens if my Emirates ID expires?
If your EID expires before you update it, your Qashio user profile will be temporarily suspended until a new ID is uploaded.
For Company Admins: If you completed KYC as an admin and your EID expires, you will still be able to log into the dashboard, but you will be blocked from performing any account activities, such as loading funds onto user cards.
For all other users: You will receive an error when trying to log in, and any attempted transactions on your Qashio cards will fail.
