With the Reports feature, you can generate custom reports on transaction data or use existing templates to extract the information you need.
Step 1: Open the Reports View
Navigate to Transactions > Actions > Reports Hub to access the reporting dashboard.
Step 2: Select the Type of Report
On the Reports page, you can either:
Use a default template to generate a standard report.
Create a custom report template for future use.
Creating a Custom Report Template
Scroll down on the Reports page and click "Create a Report Template".
2. Select the specific information you want to include in the report and click Next.
3 .(Optional) Apply filters to refine your report, such as:
Approved transactions only
Transactions with receipts
Set the timeframe and choose the download format.
