You can see your cards both on the mobile app and the web application.
Using the Qashio Mobile App
To view your card on the mobile app, log into the Qashio Mobile Application and then do the following:
Navigate to the 'My Cards' tab from the bottom. Here, you will be able to see your cards on the top. If you have more than one card, you can scroll between them to find the desired card.
You will be able to see the Card Balance for the selected card on the card itself. Below the card and its icons (Lock Card, Limits, Details, and Fund Request), you can see the status, the last four digits of the card, the Card Type and Company Name.
In case of a Physical Card, you will be able to View/Change the pin of this card.
To view the other details of the card, click the eye icon.
Clicking the details would show a pop-up where you will be able to see the details associated the card: the card's 16 digits number, Expiry Date, and the CVV.
If the admin has placed certain limits on your card (i.e. Cash withdrawals are not allowed, this card can be used with certain merchants only, etc), you can click the Limits icon to see them.
Using the Qashio Web Application
To view your card on the Qashio Web Application, navigate to the cards tab and click on your card.
If you don't see your card here, you need to ask your Company Admin to enable the setting from the Cards tab of Company Settings.
Click the card thumbnail (highlighted in the image) above or the name of the card to see details associated with the card. The slider that opens has various details associated with the card.
Besides the info tab, there are various limits tabs that allow you to see what limits have been placed on your card.
You can request funds to be added using the + icon. To view the card number, CVV and expiration date, click the eye icon (Card Details) on the top left section of the card.
You can now use these card details to make payments for your business expenses.
