Log in to your dashboard from admin.qashio.com
Navigate to the User section on the left-hand side and click on the box next to the user you wish to Suspend/Terminate. Click on Actions in the top right corner and click on Change User Profile Status.
Choose the Status and the status reason and then click Submit
You will notice that when you Suspend/Terminate a user, you will be able to select Responsible User which would re-assign the responsibilities of this suspended/terminated user to another user (like approvals) which will help carry your daily operations without disruption.
It's important to note that a suspended user can be reactivated, but a terminated user cannot be reinstated in the system.
