How to replace a Card?

Learn how company admins can replace a card for their users

Cards could sometimes need to be replaced in cases of expiration or suspected fraud transactions. Only users with the company admin role are allowed to place the replace card request.

In such cases, you may request the company admin to use the replace card option to get you a new card which will have the same settings and balances as the card being replaced.

Also, remember that in order to replace a card, you need to first terminate the card.

Steps to Replace a Card

If you are company admin, here are the steps you will need to take while placing a Replace Card request:

  1. Log in Qashio's desktop application.

  2. Navigate to the Cards tab using the left-hand navigation bar. Then, click on the card that you wish to replace.

  3. Then, click the Actions button. Remember, the replace option will only show if the card is terminated.

  4. Choose the reason and click on 'Submit'
