Understanding Admin Roles

Qashio offers a range of admin roles to enable your internal governance and policies and allow for the segregation of duties. Custom roles can be configured based on company requirements.

There are 4 Roles available for users: Company Admin, Assistant Admin, Accountant Admin, and End User. The following document highlights the difference between all these roles.

Please note that if you are one of the 3 Admin Role and you also have a card, the End User Rights will be available to you in relation to your use of that card(s).

Please refer to your Qashio Service Agreement to understand the number of Admin roles available for your Company. Should you require additional admin roles, please contact [email protected].

Access Rights

Please note, if you have assigned an End User as a Department Manager, they will have a view access of the users and transactions happening within their department and can request receipts.

Similarly, if you have assigned an End User to a Post-transaction approval flow, they will have a view of transactions pending their approval.
