How to Change My Users' Assigned Role?

  1. Let's Navigate to Users

  2. Click on the user you want to change. You will be able to see the existing role. To change it, you can click on the icon specified in red below

  3. Choose the role from the list then click on submit

  4. There are 4 Roles available for users: Company Admin, Assistant Admin, Accountant Admin, and End User. The following document highlights the difference between all these roles.

    Please note that if you are one of the 3 Admin Role and you also have a card, the End User Rights will be available to you in relation to your use of that card(s).

**IMPORTANT NOTE**

All other roles than End user is considered an Admin access. Please refer to your Qashio contract to know the number of Admin Roles assigned to you currently.
