Only users with the company admin role can suspend or terminate a card. If you have a different role and want to prevent any transactions on your card, you can lock the card.
Here are the steps to suspend/terminate a card:
Log in to Qashio at app.qashio.com
Navigate to the Card tab using the left-hand navigation bar. Then, click on the card that you wish to suspend or terminate.
Click on the action button in the drawer that opens after you clicked on the card's row.
Click Suspend Card or Terminate Card.
Choose the reason and click the terminate button.
