Qashio provides reports that aim to help your finance team view the opening and closing balances of both your Qashio Business Account and your Qashio cards.
**The transaction report for the current month will be available on the 8th of next month to allow for pending transactions to be cleared
Navigate to your Transactions section and click on Actions. You can now click on the option Account Balances Report
Here, you can choose a range for the period you want to view the balances for
When you click on Submit, an email will be sent to you containing an excel file of those details.
You have 2 sheets within this excel. The first sheet contains the overall Business Account balance and the second sheet contains the cards balances for the selected period. The following are samples of each report
You can also export a bulk Card Statement Report directly from your Qashio portal now. Navigate to the Cards section, click on Actions then All Card Statements Report
Select the month of which you want to export the card statements for
When you click on Submit, you will receive an email that contains an excel sheet with all cards statements
The first sheet contains a consolidated Card statements list, then the rest of the sheets contains each card statement separately.
