You can request cards from both the mobile and the web applications.

From the Mobile App
Requesting for a Card
To request for a new card, first navigate to the home tab using the Home button at the bottom. Then, click the Request Card button.
Fill in the details. Then, click Submit.
Tracking Status of Your Requests
You can follow up to see if your requests have been approved or declined by clicking Requests tab at the bottom. Then, click the Requested by me section.
Here, you will be able to see your requests and their statuses.
From the Web Application
Requesting for a Card
Navigate to the Cards tab on the left and click the Actions button on the top right. Then, click the Request Card from the dropdown.
Fill in the details. Then, click Request Card.
Tracking Status of Your Requests
To track the status of your requests, navigate to the Approval Requests tab. Then, click on the Requested by Me tab on the Approval Requests page.
