You can request funds from both the mobile and the web applications.

From the Mobile App
Requesting Funds
From the Home page
On the home page of the mobile app, click the Request Fund button.
You would now see your cards. Click the card for which you want to request funds.
Fill in the amount you want to request, a description and an attachment (optional). Then, click Submit.
From the My Cards page
Navigate to the My Cards page using the button at the bottom. Then, for the specific card, click on the Fund Request icon below the card.
Fill in the amount you want to request for, a description and an attachment (optional). Then, click Submit.
Track Status of Your Requests
You can follow up to see if your requests have been approved or declined by clicking Requests tab at the bottom. Then, click the Requested by me section.
Here, you will be able to see your requests and their statuses.
From the Web Application
Requesting Funds
Navigate to the Cards tab and click the + icon next to the balance of the card for which you to request funds.
Fill in the amount you want to request for, a description and an attachment (optional). Then, click Request.
Track Status of Your Requests
To track the status of your requests, navigate to the Approval Requests tab. Then, click on the Requested by Me tab on the Approval Requests page.
