What access does my role have on mobile?

Role based access on the Qashio app now matches web. Whatever your role lets you do on web, it now lets you do on mobile too. Here is what that means for your role, before this release compared to now.

Before: Accountant was not a fully supported role on the mobile app.

Now: you can request funds for your own card, request a card for yourself, and request a card for a pool account if you also manage one, all from the app.

Before: Assistant Admin was not a fully supported role on the mobile app.

Now: your mobile access mirrors web. You can request funds for yourself or on behalf of others, request funds for your department, request a card for yourself or your department, and request a card for a pool account.

Before: department level fund and card requests were only available on web.

Now: if you carry the Department Manager designation, on top of Accountant, Assistant Admin, or End User, you can request a card for your department or load funds in a card belonging to your department directly from the app.

Before: pool account card requests were only available on web.

Now: if you carry the Pool Account Manager designation, you can request a card for your pool account directly from the app.

Before: Company Admins could request a card for themselves on mobile.

Now: Company Admins can request a card for themselves or on behalf of others, and request funds for themselves or on behalf of others, depending on your company's approval policy.

If you are an End User with no Department Manager or Pool Account Manager designation, nothing changes for you in this release. Your mobile access already covered what your role needs.

Ask your Company Admin, or check the Users section in the Qashio web app. Role based access can only be assigned and reviewed on web.

Actions not listed in the table below, such as requesting funds or a card for your own use, were already available on mobile before this release and are unchanged.
