How Can I Request Users To Upload Receipts?

  1. We can activate automatic alerts for users and admins. Let's navigate to Company Settings.

  2. In the Alerts section. we scroll down to find the Missing Receipts Alerts. Turn them on for users and admin if needed as shown below. Then, scroll up and click on Update.

  3. Alternatively, we can manually request a receipt to be uploaded to a certain transaction. Let's navigate to the Transactions section and click on the desired Transaction. Here you will be able to see a button called Request Receipt.

  4. When we click on it, we get a popup of confirmation. Click on Yes

  5. The user will receive an email prompting them to upload a receipt to this transaction.

  6. You can also mass request for receipt upload. You can go to Transactions, select the transactions you want to request for. Then, click on Actions and select Request Receipts.
