How To Use the Float Management Tool?

By enabling this feature, the specified card will automatically top up once the transaction is approved or resolved. This feature can be activated on the card level and you only need to activate it once. The admins can turn off this feature at any time as well.

  1. Navigate to your admin portal and to the cards section. Click on the card which you wish to activate the Float Management feature for

2. Toggle the feature on as shown below:

3. It will give you a prompt to confirm activating the feature. Click on Ok

4. Now, the card will top up automatically when a transaction associated with it has been approved. Navigate to the transaction at hand and click on it

5. When the transaction is approved, it will top up the card with an amount equivalent to the transaction amount

6. Navigate back to the card and check the balance, as it should've increased by the same amount. In this example, the card had 49 Dhs in the balance. Since the transaction approved had the amount of 1 Dhs, the new balance is 50 Dhs.
