Understanding Beneficiary Statuses
Every beneficiary you add moves through a clear set of statuses, so you always know exactly where they stand:
Awaiting Approval — waiting on sign-off from your team
Pending Activation — approved by your team, now going through a standard verification check before it can be used
Active — verified and ready to receive payments
Rejected — can't receive payments, either because your team didn't approve it or it didn't pass verification (hover the status to see which)
Archived — no longer usable for new payments. Any payments already in motion before archiving will still complete. There's no delete option, only archive — hover to see who archived it.
Archived beneficiaries can't be restored or reused for new payments, but you can always add a new one if you need to pay that beneficiary again.
