Who can approve beneficiaries and payments is entirely up to your company's approval policy — whoever you've assigned as an approver can review and act on requests.

You can review pending requests from two places: the Approval Requests page, or directly from the Global Pay dashboard. Wherever you're reviewing from, you can click into any request to see full details before approving or rejecting.

Most beneficiary and payment verifications are completed within a business day.
